Ocean Export Coordinator – 4 on 4 off (Nights)
Location: Slough, UK
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (19:00 – 07:00)
Salary: £36,000 – £38,000
From You:
Previous experience in ocean export coordination or a similar logistics role.
In-depth knowledge of ocean freight operations, documentation, and customs procedures.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work nights (19:00 – 07:00) on a 4 on, 4 off shift rotation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and export-related software.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating all aspects of ocean export operations, ensuring shipments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Managing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and export declarations.
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and efficient export processes.
Handling all queries related to shipments and resolving any issues or delays promptly.
Monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and compliance requirements.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, shipping routes, and best practices.
