Role Description
This is a full-time Front of House Manager role for The Coach Pub/Restaurant based in between Sandwich and Deal, East Kent. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing customer service as well as team training, and driving sales through excellent service and brilliant attention to detail.
Qualifications
Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Food & Beverage industry
Training skills for staff development
Sales experience to drive revenue
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
