NET Recruit are supporting a highly successful business in the facilities management sector to search for a Lead Generation Specialist in the Bournemouth area.

Your Role

While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Making outbound calls and CRM follow ups for new and potential customers, striving to achieve KPIs and targets Building strong relationships quickly with customers Providing demonstrations as to how the products can best serve customer needs Confidently and effectively handling any kind of objections from customers or prospects Undertaking market research via LinkedIn or using the web in order to inform calls and information Accurately maintaining the CRM to ensure names, numbers and address are correct and up to date Recording any customer or prospect interactions on the CRM system Handling incoming sales calls, noting down requirements and passing this over to account managers to follow up with Collaborating with the marketing team to provide feedback when needed

You MUST Have:

Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Comparable experience within a similar role, whereupon outbound customer outreach has been undertaken Excellent CRM system knowledge Wider IT skills including Microsoft Office Fantastic, strong communication skills, particularly while on the phone

Your Opportunity:

This company provides a range of solutions to support various businesses with estates and facilities management and are eagerly looking to expand their client base. The position holder will join a dynamic team, where they will be responsible for handling initial outreach to role-specific individuals or existing contacts to generate sales opportunities and leads for Account Managers to follow up with. The business is offering remuneration of up to £28,000 which will accompany a good benefits package including an attractive holiday allowance, pension contribution, possibility of additional earnings and a range of other attractive rewards and incentives. There will be fantastic opportunities for development and progression within this role, with the full support of the business to explore future opportunities within the team.
