Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Consultant. Helping in finding candidates for their next role and assisting clients in finding the perfect candidate. Speaking with candidates/clients over the phone, writing adverts, arranging interviews, etc. Updating details of existing candidates. Searching internal & external computer databases for suitable candidates. Matching candidates to suitable live vacancies. Sourcing suitable candidates for live vacancies. Calling/creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies. Providing administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants. Inputting data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submissions. Preparing and issuing documentation. Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements: Highly motivated. Thrives under pressure. Excellent communication skills.
