Technical Coordinator, Buckinghamshire
A Technical Coordinator is required for a unique regeneration scheme, set to become an exciting new destination in Buckinghamshire, for a highly reputable and established developer. Designed by signature architects with a focus on quality, this is a landmark residential and mixed-use project that will completely transform the local area. The role requires someone with a solid technical background, the ability to work to deadlines by organising their workload efficiently and who can liaise effectively, adapting to each audience to ensure mutual understanding. Knowledge and experience working on traditional methods of construction is essential. This position would suit Assistant Technical Coordinators wanting to take the next step in their career or existing Technical Coordinators working for a developer. Similarly, job running Architects working on notable residential schemes would also be considered. Candidates will ideally be HNC/HND qualified in a construction or design related subject.
