Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our conveyancing department, assisting with the smooth progression of property transactions. Your organisational skills and customer service orientation will be key in ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service throughout the conveyancing process. Duties Assist conveyancers in managing property transactions from inception to completion. Prepare and organise legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information. Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and correspondence. Conduct preliminary research and analysis on property titles and other relevant documents. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the conveyancing team. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to enquiries in a timely manner. Skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent administrative abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyse information critically and provide insights where necessary. Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout their transaction journey. Attention to detail is essential to maintain high standards of accuracy in documentation and communication.
