Digital Marketing Coordinator

to take ownership of our digital presence, manage social media platforms, and help shape our marketing strategy. This is an opportunity to take on responsibility, grow your skills, and have your work recognised in a supportive and growing organisation. Responsibilities Manage and grow all social media platforms to increase engagement. Plan, schedule, and post consistent and engaging content aligned with the brand. Collaborate with freelance content creators in each location to produce creative, high-quality, and locally relevant content. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional updates. Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns to promote programmes and events. Write engaging and creative copy for social media, email, and website content. Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations. Work closely with directors and the design team to ensure marketing aligns with organisational goals. Ideal Requirements A degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or social media management. Strong writing and content creation skills with attention to brand consistency. Experience with paid social media campaigns and an understanding of SEO. Analytical skills to track data and improve campaign performance. Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Willingness to attend monthly in-person meetings in London or Cheshire and travel internationally once a year.
