Job Summary Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to reinforce our back-office administration team. The PumpServ back office is a lively and vibrant environment. Often our clients will be contracting us with an emergency, no water for example. We remain calm under this pressure and deliver first class service. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate effective interaction with staff and clients. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to... Answering customers' questions Processing orders Handling customer inquiries Collaborating with other departments Taking ownership of customer issues Building customer relationships Providing customer support Tracking customer jobs, scheduling, and updating as required Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately Skills Exceptional organisational, scheduling, and time management skills Customer service knowledge Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel Proficient in clerical tasks and data entry with a keen eye for detail An ability to follow written procedures Excellent problem-solving skills Previous experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Order Processing Clerk, Service Department Scheduler, or other relevant position Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed We invite qualified candidates who are eager to contribute to our dynamic team while developing their skills in a supportive environment.
