With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline, they are seeking a passionate Architectural Technician to join their thriving team in Canterbury. The successful Architectural Technician will have several years of experience post-qualification within a UK Architectural practice, working on large-scale residential and commercial/education projects, and proficiency in industry-standard software. Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: Several years of post-qualification experience within a UK-based Architectural practice Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology Keen to input to company growth Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software Develop design concepts and detailed plans Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Strong technical skills Ideally have job running experience Thorough knowledge of building regulations Work to a high standard whilst meeting strict deadlines Live locally to Canterbury This is a permanent role.
