You will be MRICS and FAAV qualified, and have experience of delivering work across a range of rural projects. Our client A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful firm of chartered surveyors who are seeking a rural surveyor to join their growing team based in the Stamford area. You will be joining a friendly, entrepreneurial, and inclusive culture with the ability to progress within the company. The Role You will support the team undertaking the management of rural estates and offer a range of professional rural advice to an impressive portfolio of clients, including some of the most prestigious clients in the area. The role will be varied and will primarily encompass rural estate management and professional work, to include valuation, renewables and planning and development. With a structured career plan, there is a real opportunity to progress within the company with wider specialisation available if interested. Whilst there is an established client base, there is scope to generate new opportunities. The Ideal Candidate With a few years of post qualification experience, you are likely to be looking for your next step. You will be interested in working on the classic estate management work but with the support of a modern and forwarding thinking company. You will have the confidence to gain trust with, and inspire clients, maintain good relationships, be self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to communicate clearly and to work within a team as well as independently.
