My client, a 20+ head global Executive Search specialist, is on the lookout for an industry-leading Senior Director to spearhead the growth of their Legal In-House Offering.

After being acquired by a

Multi-Billion Dollar Consultancy , they are rapidly scaling to establish best-in-class practices across their core disciplines.

In this role, you will be building this desk from the ground up, with an established client base already.

Responsibilities:

Strategic direction

– Play a fundamental part in the growth & overall makeup of their LDN operation alongside the board.

Headcount growth

– Aim to add multiple senior heads this year.

Revenue generation

– You MUST be able to bring in revenue given the initial scope of this role.

What’s on offer?

Up to £180k

– 100% 1st year bonus.

Complete Financial Backing

to scale from day 1 - Events/Data/Travelling.

Substantial budget to hire – you will have backing to bring in multiple heads from day one.

Report directly into the Founders & Consultancy.

£800k PPH .

An industry expert who understands the dynamics & has a strong network across Legal clientele.

A proven track record of growing & running teams/divisions/offices within their core markets.

A leader comfortable with operating in a hands-on capacity.

History of full P&L management/responsibility.
