Build Strategic Value Propositions:

Support the design and validation of value propositions aligned with client goals and market opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with multidisciplinary teams to align business, technical, and user experience perspectives.

Organisational Transformation:

Help to evaluate readiness for change, providing insights on structures, processes, and capabilities, and develop roadmaps for transformation. AI Integration:

Bring AI, and particularly LLMs, to find and solve client challenges and enhance service delivery. Business Case Development:

Help create compelling, data-driven business cases. Team Empowerment:

Provide teams with strategic tools and frameworks, fostering collaboration, resilience, and continuous improvement. What we are looking for

Competitive salary benchmarked externally and internally for salary fairness: our Senior level banding is

£50.000-£80,000

(depending on experience) Company pension contribution of 6% (increasing with tenure) Private health insurance with WPA A flexible wellbeing budget of £50 per month (via a Juno platform subscription) 25 days of holidays + plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday too.
