Who are we looking for? We are looking for a new

Student Services Administrator

to join our new Campus Services centre in partnership with Aston University! The role will be on a full-time, permanent basis at Aston University London Hub. The Student Services Administrator is the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors and is responsible for day-to-day enquiry handling for the Centre's students. The Student Services Administrator will act as a referral point to provide students with support, guidance, information, and impartial advice. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Student Services Team to ensure high-quality delivery of administrative and support services to stakeholders, both internally and externally. General administrative support, as required, will be part of the role and workloads will vary at different points in the academic cycle. What you will be doing as a Student Services Administrator: To be the first point of contact for student enquiries, effectively responding to students, staff, and visitor queries, in person and via phone or email, contacting relevant staff members when required. Ensuring that the centre gives a good impression, ensuring reception, meeting rooms, and communal areas are tidy and that posters and notice boards are kept up to date. Efficiently managing student and staff meeting room bookings. To ensure students are able to actively engage in the Aston University experience through the social and cultural activities to enhance student experience, ensuring opportunities are communicated to students on an ongoing basis. Providing a warm and professional greeting to all visitors to the Centre, with a positive manner and providing refreshments for visitors when required, whilst following all relevant procedures. Assisting with Centre tours for interview candidates and other visitors to the Centre when requested, including photocopying of recruitment documents for prospective staff.
