JUNIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED Are you looking to kickstart your career in recruitment? This is a sales-driven role where you will be building long-lasting relationships as you place people into their dream jobs. It comes with great financial rewards and a fast-tracked (and transparent) career path ideally suited to ambitious and driven individuals. At Solis, we provide opportunities with leading employers in recruitment AND give you free digital training to make your transition into the recruitment industry seamless. Solis is partnered with a fast-growing, dynamic recruitment agency, revolutionising the SAP staffing world with a mission to deliver unparalleled service to both clients and candidates. Backed by over 150 years of combined experience, they specialise in matching top-tier SAP talent with leading companies across Europe. With a relentless focus on long-term partnerships, they go beyond simply filling positions—they are committed to bringing the best people and the best companies together for mutual success. Here's what to expect from your role as a Junior Recruitment Consultant: Time on the phone:

You’ll spend a significant amount of time on the phone to build relationships, win new business (jobs), and identify candidates that fit those roles. Mastering LinkedIn:

LinkedIn is a key platform for any recruiter; you’ll grow your network, build your personal brand, and be consistently outreaching to clients and candidates to build your pipeline. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle:

You'll be sourcing candidates, guiding them through the interview process, and supporting them as they start the new role. You'll also learn to handle client communication, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth hiring process for client and candidate. Highly organised:

You’ll be writing job adverts, scheduling and coordinating the interview process, and have to keep your application tracking system updated accurately – because the devil’s in the detail. Why should you become a junior recruitment consultant? You’ll become a master matchmaker, connecting incredible talent with dream jobs. And you’ll build a rewarding career while you do it. This is what you’ll get with a career in recruitment (that you might not be getting in your current sales role). Career Progression:

Recruitment gives an accelerated career path with the chance to move from recruiter to leadership positions based on performance, not just tenure. Financial Rewards:

Earn more as you achieve more. Enjoy competitive salaries and uncapped commissions that reward your dedication and hard work. Fast-Paced Environment:

Thrive in a dynamic, target-driven industry. Experience an energetic atmosphere where every day brings new challenges and victories. People Focused:

Make a meaningful impact by matching candidates with their dream jobs. Build lasting relationships and enrich lives beyond just closing sales. Daily Variety:

Enjoy a diverse workday. From interviews to strategizing, each day offers fresh tasks that keep your job stimulating and engaging. What are we looking for? Ideally 6 months of sales experience:

The industry isn’t important; we’re keen to hear about your transferable skills. Motivation and drive:

Recruitment is ideal for people that set high goals and work hard to achieve them. Outstanding communication skills:

Think clear, confident, and friendly. Ability to juggle multiple tasks:

Keep your cool because recruitment can get fast-paced! Team player:

Bring a positive mindset wherever you go. Willingness to learn:

We’re all about raw talent and offer training and support to help you become a recruitment rockstar. Practical judgment:

Demonstrate sound decision-making skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Resilience:

Every day comes with a new set of challenges; you need to have the ability to take setbacks in your stride! Are any of your friends interested in recruitment?
