What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

Substantial experience in application support or a related role; Strong understanding of the UK energy sector, including familiarity with industry regulations, data flows, and market; Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, billing systems, or similar); Experience with SQL for database queries and troubleshooting; Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks; Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., Manage Engine, MS DevOps).
