Solution Designer Salary Circa £40,000 Locations Bristol and Norwich We are seeking a motivated Solution Designer to join our growing and dynamic Data Science & AI platform team. The role will focus on delivering modern architectural patterns and solutions to further advance our Data Science and AI technology stack, leveraging modern day cloud services and driving CI/CD & automation practices. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding in Cloud Native Architecture & Design, with focus on AI and ML services (AWS and/or Azure preferred). A bit about the job: As an Associate Data Science & AI Designer, you will collaborate and work with change development teams to define & deliver our Architecture Patterns and standards across our toolset, maintaining alignment into enterprise architecture & our Aviva standards. You will play an important role in wider collaboration with technology & cloud platforms across the business. You will support the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling us to act in good faith towards customers, avoid causing foreseeable harm and enable and support our customers to pursue their financial objectives. Define & deliver architectural standards & patterns across the team, enhancing our maturity and ensuring we keep pace with the ever evolving technology landscape. Support in the evaluation and introduction of new, modern cloud-native services. Collaborate with a multitude of teams across the business, helping to implement and increase adoption of our Data Science & AI capabilities. Maintain the existing architecture patterns across our toolset, ensuring compliance to Aviva standards, whilst also driving innovative changes and advancements to help unlock new capabilities and modern day practices. Support in the advancement of AIOps and MLOps principles across our end to end architecture. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience working within the Cloud Architecture / Design space. Leadership experience within a technical / Architecture team setting. Strong knowledge AWS and/or Azure Cloud Services. A solid understanding of DevOps, AIOps and MLOps principles and concepts. Experience in designing & implementing CI/CD patterns leveraging tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins. What you’ll get for this role: Salary
