As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll manage a diverse and engaging portfolio of clients, providing expert accountancy and taxation services. From start-ups to established businesses, your impact will be far-reaching. Your Day-to-Day Adventure:

Prepare detailed accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders with precision and flair. Handle client queries promptly and confidently, ensuring exceptional service every step of the way. Oversee a variety of company and charity audits, delivering compliance with a touch of excellence. Prepare meticulous self-assessment tax returns, helping clients navigate complexities effortlessly. Collaborate with tax, audit, and charity specialists, pooling expertise to offer superior solutions. Mentor and inspire junior team members, nurturing the next generation of talent. Spot opportunities to expand client services, driving growth for both our clients and the firm. Harness innovative technology to streamline processes and elevate client experiences. Who You Are:

You are more than just numbers – you’re a trusted adviser with a sharp commercial mind and a passion for excellence. You’ll need: At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a practice environment. ACA/ACCA qualification earned through a practice of accountants. A proven track record of managing and optimising workflows. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal. Astounding organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines like a pro. A calm and composed demeanour under pressure, coupled with a proactive attitude. What’s in It for You?
