Remote Finance Manager to provide Accountancy and Tax Services
to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a
personable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented professional
to take on a varied role with plenty of room to grow. What You'll Do: Manage a portfolio of SME and individual clients, acting as their go-to accountancy and tax expert. Oversee bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, annual accounts, corporation tax returns, and self-assessment submissions. Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers, ensuring high standards and seamless client service. Provide strategic tax planning advice to help clients achieve their financial goals. Deliver ad hoc financial projects and contribute to the growth of the business. What You'll Need: ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification (part-qualified or QBE candidates with relevant experience will also be considered) with the role company focused on finding a commercially focused, progressive and dynamic character to join them on the growth journey. Strong technical knowledge of accountancy and tax for SMEs. Proficiency in
Xero
(essential) and familiarity with
Dext, Hubdoc, and BrightPay
(desirable). Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. A proactive, adaptable, and organised approach to work. Experience in practice and a desire to grow with a fast-paced, forward-thinking business. Why Apply? Fully remote role
