Reporting to the SVP of Product, you will be part of a small collaborative product team working across a range of Kindred products. Kindred is a fast-growing commerce media business at the nexus of ecommerce, data, and advertising, with over 200M monthly active users. In this exciting role, you’ll work across both existing and new products, supporting our clients and internal teams, defining, delivering, and managing our products. You’ll be undertaking analysis of existing experiences, supporting the iterative implementation of improvements and applying a data-led approach to all that you do. You’ll work closely with and will need to influence, a diverse range of business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the technical and design teams. In this role, having previous experience in both ecommerce and AdTech will be a significant advantage. Responsibilities Assisting the product team in managing both brand and distro product roadmaps Assisting the partnerships function in reporting, implementation, and management of third parties Analysing feature performance and suggesting improvements to the product management team Ad hoc reporting and analysis work Maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers When required, ad hoc analysis to be provided to help different business units Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders Help influence the development of new products using data-driven evidence Focus on helping to deliver the minimum number of features for the maximum impact in line with business objectives - help the product team during discovery work around minimum viable product (MVP) Participate in collaboration with stakeholders, research, and tech teams to prototype new products leading to continuous improvement of products and KPIs Work hands-on with all development and business representatives to successfully design, build, and deploy new products in an agile & lean environment You will be the first point of contact for front-line support issues dealing with a number of internal/external stakeholders and end users of our products. You need to ensure key issues are solved or alternative solutions are provided where necessary. Propose multivariate, A/B tests or usability testing, conduct and analyse their results, measure and use data and web analytics to aid design features Skills & Experience Experience of working in Agile and/or a Lean environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you must be able to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience. You need a good technical understanding, both of what's possible of websites and apps, and the systems that support them, such as the CMS, APIs, web services, ad servers, analytics, etc. Excellent time management skills along with proven ability to work across multiple projects concurrently Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues. Strong analytical abilities Passion for getting the details right, but balanced with pragmatism. Familiarity with both ecommerce and AdTech industries Seniority level
