We’re looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Consultant to join our growing team and help us raise safety standards for our clients. We’re offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per year, depending on your experience, alongside a range of benefits to support your career and well-being. About the Role

As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will: Conduct comprehensive audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures tailored to client needs. Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, including HSE, CoSHH, fire safety, and other legal requirements. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, including IOSH Working and Managing Safely courses. Support clients in investigating incidents and accidents, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures. Collaborate with team members and clients to create practical, actionable solutions for improving workplace safety. Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, sharing insights and working together to achieve goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients at all levels. What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants with the following skills and qualifications: Essential:

TechIOSH membership (or equivalent) or higher. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations. Proven experience in delivering safety training and conducting risk assessments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients. Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to client sites as required. Desirable:

NEBOSH Diploma. Accredited IOSH Managing Safely Trainer (or willingness to complete this qualification). What We Offer
