Technical Partnership Manager

based in Tewkesbury. DAY TO DAY:

Identifying new business opportunities for events. Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities. Building relationships with new clients and understanding their needs. Developing proposals to send across to potential new clients. Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients. Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients. Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends. Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them. Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry, and positioning. Supporting the Partnerships Director to achieve the targets set that contribute to the overall company goals. Being responsible for quality control in terms of equipment specification for assigned projects and all other ongoing projects. Being accountable for operational efficiency with correct margins and measuring and reporting on the pipeline. Maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations. Liaising directly with customers on and off site (weekend working may apply when running exhibitions). Attending client visits on a regular basis. Delivering all set KPIs. Reporting figures on a weekly basis, on the 6-month pipeline. Experience Required:

Knowledge and interest in the AV market is desirable. Exhibitions and events experience is desirable. Ensuring all customer details and needs are met and exceeded. Strong client relationship management experience. A level of interpersonal skills sufficient to enable the post holder to establish and maintain credibility with the most senior internal and external contacts. Ability to make key commercial decisions to help meet both external and internal budgets. The ability to work under pressure and remain upbeat in difficult circumstances. Organised, with an eye for detail. Working Hours:
