We are ideally looking for an individual that has the ambition to grow the Wakefield branch and ultimately wishes to become a Branch Manager / Area Manager in the future. The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for: Developing and managing client relationships within Wakefield and the surrounding areas, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with precision and efficiency. Identifying new clients and users of agency staffing services. Identifying and engaging with high-caliber candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement. Leveraging your market expertise to provide insightful advice to both clients and candidates, enhancing their recruitment experience and outcomes. Collaborating with the wider team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that contribute to the growth of our business in West Yorkshire. Achieving set targets and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the branch. Requirements: A proven track record of success in a recruitment consultancy role, with at least 1 year of experience. Strong knowledge of the local market in Wakefield and West Yorkshire, with an existing network of candidates and clients in the region. A proven track record in sales and client acquisition in the recruitment sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships. A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Proficient in the use of recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing and networking.
