Responsibilities
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
Evaluate and negotiate variations in contracts
Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
Provide advice on contractual claims
Monitor progress and ensure projects meet quality standards
Experience
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong knowledge of passive fire protection
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in cost control
