Our client is a leading boutique sustainability-focused asset manager. They are looking to hire a proactive client associate to join their high-achieving team and become part of the wider business development process. This is a one-year fixed-term contract and candidates who are immediately available will be prioritised. Responsibilities: Support the Business Development team with any sort of assistance they might require. Assist with sales force and CRM. Manage investor content, update marketing materials regularly and prepare bespoke presentations. Provide nuanced responses to client-specific due diligence, performance, attribution data requests, as well as ad hoc client requests, prospect research, and in-depth due diligence requests. Excellent reading comprehension and writing abilities, with the capacity to create tailored responses to inquiries about various aspects of the firm’s business. Balance proactive and reactive requests effectively. Coordinate complex tasks across teams and time zones while maintaining ownership and leadership over projects. Requirements: 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Client Service, Sales Support, Investor Relations). Private markets exposure is desired but not essential. Prior use of CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is desired. Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to make sound judgments. A passion for sustainability, particularly in relation to investment management and the broader capital markets. Self-sufficient, professional, and enthusiastic, with a collaborative attitude and a positive outlook. Please note: One-year fixed-term contract.
