Year 3 Teacher , you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum Inspire and challenge children to achieve their best academically and socially Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's individual needs Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure pupils' progress and well-being Contribute to the wider school community through events and extracurricular activities The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who: Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2 Demonstrates strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies Is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to providing high-quality learning experiences Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Is organised, reflective, and eager to contribute to the wider school community What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative working environment Enthusiastic, well-behaved pupils who are eager to learn Ongoing professional development opportunities A school committed to staff well-being and work-life balance Join us and make a real difference in the lives of our Year 3 pupils!
