The successful candidate will: Have deep experience in construction and engineering disputes and advisory work at an established private practice firm or large in-house practice, with a focus on the infrastructure, energy and/or real estate sectors. Be able to manage both disputes and teams effectively, with consistently excellent service delivery and very strong technical skills. Have a very strong academic background, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Contribute to the development of the business, through client relationships and networks. Be commercially aware, operating efficiently and with an interest in innovation. Proactively seek out development opportunities for themselves and others. Be qualified in Scotland and/or England & Wales. The Opportunity
