Senior Corporate Treasury FX Sales

opportunity for you to be part of an ambitious, diverse and dynamic Investment Banking Sales Team who are responsible for acquiring and developing new to-bank clients for our Corporate Treasury business. Primarily focused on identifying and converting clients seeking Treasury Solutions including FX, Interest Rate and Inflation Hedging Strategies; you will also be responsible for introducing clients to other areas of the wider bank such as Lending and Fund Solutions. Along with the bank's Product Specialists, you will be responsible for managing these client relationships to ensure they receive a superb Treasury experience and become loyal clients in the process. Acquire New Business to meet set targets: Follow up leads from the Sales Origination Team with the intention of onboarding new Corporate Clients. Generate own Corporate Client leads through campaigns, events, networking and other creative approaches and convert to a client; visit generated leads with the intention of acquiring their business. All clients should be visited before they are on-boarded. Tailor conversation and value proposition to the company’s relevant industry, business contact and decision maker. Ensure new business is only acquired within a defined territory and through clients that add to the quality of the book and not merely the quantity. Business networking and relationship building. Understand the Banks value proposition and handle objections. Do you have a combination of these skills or characteristics? Proven Financial Sales experience. While useful, no previous FX or Banking experience is needed. However, a genuine desire to learn and understand our various treasury and hedging products, the sales proposition, FX markets, and the end-to-end dealing process to ensure you are highly knowledgeable when speaking with clients. A motivated self-starter. Highly articulate. Great communication to ensure that our products and value proposition are made relevant and straightforward to our clients. Confident, proactive and diligent. Passion for building relationships. Drive and determination. Results oriented. Naturally curious and inquisitive. Respectful to others and themselves.
