Responsibilities:
Manage and optimising the client's Atlassian suit, to enhance collaboration, incident management, and service delivery.
Administering and configuring JSM projects, workflows, custom fields, and permission schemes.
Managing request types, SLAs, queues, and customer portals to align with business needs.
Setting up and maintaining Opsgenie's on-call schedules, escalation policies, and routing rules.
Administering the Compass platform to manage and document software components and dependencies.
Skills/Must have:
Strong project background in administering the Atlassian suite, with expertise in Jira Service Management, Opsgenie, and Compass.
Proven experience in administering and configuring JSM projects, workflows, custom fields, and permission schemes.
Hands-on experience configuring Opsgenie's on-call schedules, escalation policies, and routing rules.
Experience administering the Compass platform to manage and document software components and dependencies.
