EnerMech has a vacancy for a Senior Legal Counsel to cover our UK and Europe regions. You will act as a trusted business partner, and as part of the global legal team, you will actively shape the transformation of our organisation while ensuring the legal interests of EnerMech are attended to. Reporting to the USA-based General Counsel, you will independently support our regional business and regional management in all legal issues, with a focus on contract law, construction law, and commercial law. Additionally, you will be involved with disputes, strategic initiatives, transformation processes, ensuring compliance, and conducting employee training. This role will provide great opportunities for growth and exposure, so it will suit someone with an ambitious mindset. You are? You should be qualified and licensed with at least 2 years of experience in the energy/oil & gas industry within the UK and Europe. You will have experience with litigation activities, reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts, and a strong business acumen. The role will mainly be based in our Aberdeen office, so ideally you will live within commuting distance, be open to relocation from another part of the UK, or we may consider candidates working remotely who can travel to Aberdeen for periods as required.
