Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Civils Project Manager to join our team working on our Yorkshire Water contract in the North. As Civils Project Manager you will oversee a variety of civil engineering projects including the installation of tanks/shafts, drainage systems, civils works, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), and general groundworks. Morrison Water Services is a UK leading Clean & Waste Water infrastructure provider, with ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all projects, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements. Provide early contractor engagement with the design team, ensuring smooth integration of design and construction phases. Interpret and review project drawings, challenging designs where necessary to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of CDM regulations and ensure they are adhered to across all projects. Manage project stakeholders effectively, maintaining strong communication and addressing concerns proactively. Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring the use of tools like Microsoft Project (or similar) to track progress. Understanding of NEC4 to support the commercial team in accordance with agreed terms and conditions. Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager within the construction or civil engineering sector. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management software. Understanding of NEC4 and its application in civil projects. A passion for promoting a safe and compliant working environment (SHEQ). Thorough knowledge of CDM regulations. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage and influence diverse teams. Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and offer solutions where necessary. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Do you hold a full UK driving Licence? This is a requirement for this role. Why Join Us?
