Job Title: Swim Manager
Hours: 8 hours per week
As Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, we’re passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. We’re looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and great communication skills to join our team as a Swim Manager at our Aberdeen Fitness & Wellbeing Centre.
Qualifications:
ASA or STA Level 2 qualification
Recent experience of teaching swimming
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
With your passion, enthusiasm and sheer love of swimming, you're just the person to ensure that our clients, whether complete beginners or experienced swimmers, have a terrific time at our pool.
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility and accountability for Swim class programming within the centre.
Management, governance, and active selling of the product and services in the Swim classes timetable.
Continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.
Role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
