IT Business Demand Manager - Drinks - London Based
Up to £56,000 basic, 20% bonus & benefits
This is one of the biggest brands in the global drinks industry today. They've grown 20% in the last year due to their effective marketing strategies and a team of employees that strive to be their best every day and are HUGE ambassadors for this amazing business. They're now looking for someone to join their UK IT team and this role could be the one for you!
This role captures business demands and contributes to and/or manages business driven projects in close alignment with the local business, the IT Manager and the Area IT. The person maintains an up-to-date and secure landscape of local services and acts as stand-in for the IT manager and the IT team. The IT Business Demand Professional leverages the company's overall IT guidelines and standards and IT service management processes. Finally, the person is responsible for focusing on business processes improvements and continuously working towards an improved end-user and business satisfaction with IT services and demands.
