The role The Medical Lead for Testosterone Replacement Therapy will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our TRT program. This role requires a deep understanding of endocrinology, with a specific focus on hypogonadism and testosterone therapy management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, guiding treatment protocols, and contributing to educational efforts for both patients and healthcare professionals. This position will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and patient-centric approach to testosterone replacement therapy. You’ll be: Leading the clinical development and operational execution of the Testosterone Replacement Therapy program, ensuring evidence-based practices are followed. Developing and standardising TRT protocols and guidelines in line with the latest clinical evidence and regulatory guidelines. Providing expert medical advice on TRT, including diagnosing hypogonadism, initiating therapy, monitoring treatment, and adjusting protocols as necessary. Carrying out clinical consultations and prescribing activities related to the TRT program. Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations to contribute to product development and innovation related to TRT. Leading training and development initiatives for healthcare professionals and support staff on best practices in testosterone replacement therapy. Engaging in patient education and advocacy regarding TRT and its benefits, risks, and management. Working with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to testosterone replacement therapy. Collaborating with marketing and patient outreach teams to accurately and responsibly communicate the value proposition of our TRT offering. Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of the TRT program on patient outcomes. Staying abreast of the latest research, trends, and advancements in testosterone therapy, endocrinology, and related fields. We’re looking for someone who has: A medical degree with a speciality in endocrinology or urology or a strong specialist interest in testosterone deficiency. Significant clinical experience in managing testosterone deficiency and administering testosterone replacement therapy. A strong understanding of the regulatory and ethical considerations associated with hormone replacement therapy. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information to a non-medical audience.
