Quality & HSE Manager . You will lead and manage our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Quality Management: Manage and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with evolving legislation and industry standards. Lead internal audits and quality inspections across sites and projects. Drive a culture of quality best practices throughout the business. Investigate complaints and non-conformances with the Supply Chain Team. Evaluate and monitor supplier and subcontractor performance. Manage quality budgets and implement process improvements. Oversee corrective actions and non-conformance reporting. Health & Safety: Monitor and mitigate workplace health and safety risks. Deliver QHSE inductions and training programs. Ensure contractor compliance with QHSE standards. Promote health and safety awareness across the business. Conduct risk and COSHH assessments, accident investigations, and reports. Maintain legal compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement emergency procedures and coordinate safety teams. Lead safety inspections and manage HSE monitoring systems. Qualifications:

BSc (2:1) or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields. (Preferred) Certifications: NEBOSH, COSHH, NGC, GC3, IOSH, First Aid, Fire Warden, ESD, ISO9001 Internal Auditing. Skills & Experience:

Proven success in driving quality improvements in manufacturing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Solid understanding of business operations and financial principles. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. Personal Qualities:

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive. Eager to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary environment. Team player with the ability to take initiative. Works well under pressure with strong critical thinking skills.
