Residential Property Paralegal Our forward-thinking client law firm based in Enfield is now seeking a Property Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing Department. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience and will have grasped the conveyancing and transactional processes while working in a structured and friendly team. Duties: Onboarding new clients; opening files, sending out the initial client care letter. Raising searches, completing legal forms. Making Land Registry Applications and applying for Reqs & Searches using a Case Management System (induction will be provided). Skills and Requirements: Paralegal, Residential Conveyancing experience (6 months to 1 year). Attention to detail. Drafting skills. Experience with Case Management Systems. Salary:
In the region of £25,000 depending on experience. Hours:
9.30am - 5.30pm Holidays:
Standard plus bank holidays and extra days. Start Date:
