About The Role
Are you looking for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse position within a really friendly team? A team who know their clients by name and genuinely enjoy working together? The Corner Veterinary Surgery is the place for you! We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced RVN to join our team as Head Registered Veterinary Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a Head RVN role in a busy, first opinion GP surgery. Ideally, you will enjoy clinical coaching and supporting student nurses and be passionate about animal care, working alongside our fantastic team here at The Corner Vet. You will be the direct line manager for the nursing, reception, and support teams. We are a small but mighty team, located in a lovely residential area in Sutton. We have 1 consult room, a theatre, prep room, and kennels. We see a good caseload here and have a lovely client base. We are located just a few minutes' walk from Sutton Train Station, with good bus links available too. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with a share of weekends on a permanent contract (1:5 weekends) and a share of bank holidays. You will also support the team at Mitcham Veterinary Surgery. We have an in-house lab, digital x-ray, and ultrasound, along with all the equipment you need for a GP surgery. We are part of an independent group of surgeries in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and London.
