Head of Client Services

to lead the client-facing teams, ensuring they maintain and enhance their reputation for excellence in relationship management and strategic partnership development. Our client partners with world-class brands, sports teams, athletes, and entertainment venues to create award-winning partnerships that engage audiences and achieve exceptional results. Role Overview: The Head of Client Services / Customer Success will be responsible for nurturing relationships with high-profile clients, driving exceptional service delivery, and ensuring all partnerships align with our clients’ strategic objectives. You’ll lead a dynamic team, manage complex stakeholder networks, and work cross-functionally to innovate and deliver measurable value. This is an opportunity to influence global partnerships while spearheading their approach to client engagement, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. Lead a team to deliver exceptional service, driving retention and growth. Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion within existing partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver bespoke solutions and measurable value. Implement best practices for service delivery and client engagement. Requirements: 5+ years in Client Services, Customer Success, or Partnership Management, ideally in sports, entertainment, or sponsorship. Brand experience is essential. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Proven track record of delivering client satisfaction and driving partnership growth. *Due to the specific requirements of the role, we will only be able to respond to candidates with relevant experience.* Seniority level
