Marketing Business Partner

You'll work closely with the Operations team to drive practice performance by providing high quality strategic advice and effective marketing plans. Reporting directly to the Head of Practice Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of efficient support to practices, excellent customer experience and overall business performance. Qualifications We welcome your application to our Marketing Business Partner vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience in multi-site/matrix organisation marketing, campaign management, account management, or related roles. Understanding of key digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics and main social media platforms. Demonstrable understanding of data to derive actionable insight. Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload to maximise results and use of resources. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify the complex, communicate clearly and unambiguously. Ability to build and manage strong working relationships with different teams and colleagues across the business. We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your 4-day week between working from home and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home.
