UX Researcher - 6 month contract (outside IR35) – £400-425 Per Day - Global b2c eCommerce Business- Hybrid (London, 2 days) We are searching for a Senior UX Researcher (B2C) / User Experience Researcher to join a leading consumer-focused eCommerce company that serves millions of customers worldwide. They own and operate hubs across the globe, including in the UK, US and Germany. They are a global leader in their industry, facilitating over 17 million transactions annually for their diverse consumer experiences. This role is part of the design team and involves working closely with product designers to enhance the entire customer experience. On occasion, this role will lead larger projects focused on developing new concepts and identifying growth opportunities. This is a hybrid role attending the central London office (Zone 1) on Tuesdays & Thursdays. The Senior UX Researcher (B2C) / User Experience Researcher’s responsibilities include: Shape user journeys and experiences. Conduct and facilitate qualitative and quantitative research, adapting methodologies to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to integrate customer insights into strategic decisions. Lead large-scale generative research projects focusing on proposition development and growth opportunities. Organise and maintain research findings in accessible formats, enabling self-service insight sharing across the organisation. Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders using compelling storytelling and clear communication. Enhance research practices through improved tools, automation, and comprehensive documentation. Mentor and upskill teams on UX research methodologies, fostering a culture of research within the organisation. The Senior UX Researcher (B2C) / User Experience Researcher should have the following experience: Experience as a UX Researcher in a

large-scale consumer or eCommerce business . Proven expertise in managing end-to-end research processes, with hands-on experience in diverse research methodologies. Strong skills in documenting and sharing research findings effectively to empower decision-making across teams. Experience in streamlining research practices, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Recognised authority in UX research best practices, capable of inspiring and mentoring others. Confidence in stakeholder management. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to drive research-driven strategies and initiatives. This client cannot offer visa sponsorship. Seniority level
