In a nutshell As Bulk's Inventory Planning & Procurement Administrator (IPP Administrator), you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from purchase order to delivery. You'll coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, track inbound deliveries, and resolve stock or warehouse queries. Your role will also involve maintaining schedules, managing booking systems, and collaborating with key teams to keep everything on track. What will you be doing? Supporting our Inventory Planners to raise and manage purchase orders from the point of PO through to the goods being delivered. Including:
Processing orders and management of order confirmation with suppliers Proactively working with suppliers to ensure goods arrive on time and in full and following up on overdue items as a priority Handling bookings for deliveries from suppliers via GoRamp system Maintaining an inbound schedule of goods arriving and ensuring key stakeholders are informed of changes Maintaining the PO tracker document Notifying Inventory Planners if stock is due to arrive late or has an issue on arrival Raising supplier non-conformance issues to the relevant stakeholder Resolving any issues or queries from the warehouse teams on receipt
Shared inbox management and delegation IPP representative for third-party warehouse queries Management of delivery notes Troubleshoot Goods-in-stock queries Working with the Finance team on PO and invoice management Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as directed by the IPP Manager or Planners. What are we looking for? The passion to get to grips with the world of Inventory Planning & Procurement Organised, diligent, and accurate working style Confident navigating Excel and G-Suite Comfortable working with large data sets A proactive self-starter with a positive outlook Confident in managing multiple priorities effectively Experience in a D2C, supply chain, or e-commerce business is beneficial.
