Marketing & Events Manager North East Leicestershire on site CGBP35,000p.a. Are you experienced working in the tourism & leisure industry? Do you have a background working in both marketing and events? Are you looking to work at a venue known for its picturesque location? The Company: ER Recruitment is excited to partner with our client, a luxury accommodation and visitor attraction venue in North East Leicestershire. This growing and successful business is looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to support their Marketing Consultant in day-to-day activities. This person will have autonomy while having a great support network and must have experience working in the tourism & leisure sector. Role & Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: Increase brand awareness and new enquiries. Increase enquiries/leads from our website and other digital and traditional marketing channels. Work closely with the wider departments and third parties to pull all marketing materials together. Ensure the marketing budget is on track and spending is where it needs to be. Report to the Marketing Consultant on ROI and other areas of the budget. Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to support content creation and paid digital advertising. Devise an events programme, organising and running events on the day/evening. About You as the Marketing Manager: Ideally, a minimum of 2 years experience working across both Marketing and Events. Background in the tourism & leisure industry. Very strong communication skills. Proactive and highly organised. Results-driven with a knack for numbers (reporting, data analytics, and ROI). Team player.
