Your primary role will involve designing eye-catching social media adverts and creating motion graphics that align with our clients' branding and performance objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital content to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging and high-performing social media adverts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Create motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, including GIFs, video edits, and short-form content. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and deliver designs that align with campaign strategies and client objectives. Work closely with account managers and performance marketers to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and performance KPIs. Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media platforms, and tools to keep our work fresh and innovative. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets. Requirements: A passion and demonstrable experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing skills in social media design and motion graphics. Proficiency in design and motion tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Understanding of design principles, typography, and composition. Knowledge of social media platform requirements and best practices for advert formats. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
