Are you passionate about logistics and hospitality in a high-performance environment? We are seeking an

Event Support Coordinator (Hospitality)

to join our team. This dynamic role involves coordinating hospitality freight operations, ensuring compliance with mandatory guidelines, and supporting the setup and teardown of hospitality areas at racing events.

As a

Event Support Coordinator , you will be responsible for:

Hospitality Logistics Management: Oversee hospitality freight operations, ensuring seamless logistics for Sea Freight, Motorhome operations, and all hospitality equipment. Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure all mandatory equipment maintenance, servicing, and compliance requirements are met, including for freight containers/cases. Inventory & Reporting: Maintain accurate records for inventory, faults, damages, and lost items to ensure future success and compliance. Supplier Coordination: Assist with ordering consumables and coordinating third-party suppliers, ensuring smooth operation and support for the catering team. Event Setup & Teardown: Assist with the build and de-build of hospitality areas at races, ensuring that everything is up to standard and complies with safety regulations. Event Support: Collaborate closely with the Events team to ensure all logistical needs are met during races and events. Budget & Payment Management: Support the Event Support Logistics Manager with tracking budgets, requisitions, and ensuring the financial aspects of logistics are handled efficiently. Event Support Coordinator

with the following experience and skills:

Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience in travel and F1 event logistics or a similar hospitality environment is highly advantageous. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professionalism in all interactions. Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering excellent results. Flexible and willing to travel to events as part of the core role.
