What You Will Receive:

Pay: $16.66 an hour -
Shift: Swing shift from 10pm-6:30am Graveyard: Sun-Thurs 10:00pm-6:00am - Benefits: Eligible for comprehensive benefits for you and your family through New Start Staffing - Employment Security: Guaranteed full-time employment with our client based on performance and attendance - Upon Conversion with Our Client: - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance options - Wellness Program to help reduce insurance premiums - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time - Quarterly bonuses - Annual reviews with potential for wage increases - Opportunities for growth with time and dedication What You Will Be Doing: - Operate procedures on the shop floor with minimal assistance - Produce parts in all three fabrication areas - Accurately record information in the IFS system - Execute complex setups on most equipment with little or no assistance - Maintain a clean working environment and follow all safety regulations - Manage time effectively and follow the production schedule What You Will Need: - Ability to read technical drawings and schematics - Proficiency with various measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) - Willingness to work overtime as needed - Basic computer literacy skills - Ability to pass a background check, drug/alcohol test, and physical examination - Must be at least 18 years old - Positive attitude and ability to work with a sense of urgency - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or CNC machining is a plus Physical Demands: - Able to lift up to 50 pounds We look forward to working with you!
