Semi-Skilled Assembly Operative
£12.85 per hour Knowsley Temp to Perm Arrangement Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 1pm (37 hours per week) A well-established SME in Knowsley is seeking a Semi-Skilled Operative to join their team. On offer is an hourly rate of £12.85 and hours are full-time Monday to Friday on days. This role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis, so please only apply if you are seeking a permanent role. Full training will be offered to the candidate due to the nature of the business.
Responsibilities:
Assembly of product as instructed. Ensure assembly, inspection, and test procedures are carried out using the correct tools, documentation, and processes. Maintain proper completion of job cards and other associated manufacturing processes. Use and read measuring equipment as required. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area. Carry out team designated functions. Feedback to supervision and other designated personnel regarding problems and issues which you encounter. Assist in the introduction of new products into the assembly areas. Pursue cost-saving operations where appropriate. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience working within assembly. Hard work ethic and a can-do attitude. Reliable. Able to provide 2 references.
