£25K per annum Electro-Mechanical Assembler urgently required to join a skilled and experienced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electro-mechanical systems and components to meet quality standards and production schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical and electrical assembly, working to customer requirements and drawings, a high level of manual dexterity, and be adaptable. Main Responsibilities: Assemble and install electro-mechanical components such as motors, circuit boards, sensors, wiring, and connectors according to blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to complete assemblies. Perform cable routing, wiring, soldering, and installation of electrical components. Conduct functional testing on assembled products to ensure proper operation and compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Inspect and measure components and assemblies for quality control to ensure all parts meet safety and performance standards. Maintain accurate records of assemblies, tests, and inspections. Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and follow proper lifting techniques. Experience Required: Experience as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment. Previous experience with electrical wiring, soldering, and testing equipment is MANDATORY. Understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and electrical components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. High Manual Dexterity. Highly Logical & Methodical Work Patterns.
