An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and technically minded Project Architect to join a dynamic practice based in Basildon. This well-established practice delivers projects across various sectors, including Defence, Healthcare, Residential, and Leisure, guiding them from concept to completion. With multiple offices across the UK, the firm prides itself on fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment.
The successful Project Architect will be ARB accredited and should have significant UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification. You will lead a team and manage projects through all RIBA stages whilst creating excellent technical, client-led designs. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect: Significant experience post Part 3 qualification ARB/RIBA accredited Manage a team to ensure profitability Progress a project through all RIBA stages Liaise with the client and wider internal teams to ensure design concepts are met Provide high-quality designs whilst adhering to deadlines Prepare technical packages Brilliant communication skills Confident conducting site visits during project delivery Defence sector experience is beneficial Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
