Financial Controller

to manage all aspects of the company's financial affairs and regulatory functions. Key Responsibilities: Produce timely financial information including budgets, cash forecasts, monthly accounts, and performance reports. Prepare monthly management packs with KPIs, budget vs. actual performance, and detailed project analysis. Monitor and manage business performance, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax regulations. Oversee project financial performance, cash flow forecasts, and P&L budgets. Take responsibility for financial transactions, invoicing, and ledgers. Assist with administrative functions and collaborate with external accountants on financial compliance. Key Requirements: Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with commercial experience. Strong IT skills – especially MS Excel - and experience with mainstream accounting software. Background in project-based businesses and multi-currency environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at board level. Must be self-motivated and flexible to handle the dynamic nature of the business. Additional Information: Own transport. Occasional travel may be required (quarterly).
