Role Overview

As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with key business units to provide financial insights, guidance, and strategic recommendations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to interpret financial data, and a proven track record in partnering with non-financial stakeholders to drive business decisions. You will be a key enabler in ensuring financial targets and KPIs are met, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes within the business.

What will you be doing? Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly management accounts, providing clear financial analysis and commentary to support business performance evaluation. Report monthly business performance to the group finance team for presentation to the c-suite. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the re-forecasting of financial performance when necessary, to support business planning and financial targets. Business Partnering/Collaborating directly with the senior leaders within the business, providing finance support and strategic insights to support their decision making. Lead monthly departmental reviews, preparing, presenting, and facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders. Provide line management to a team of Management Accountants, offering mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. What are we looking for?

Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) ideally with experience in a similar role in industry. Proficiency in preparing, analysing, and interpreting data. Excellent communication skills and collaboration with other departments. Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively to manage multiple departments and meet required deadlines. Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks including identifying and providing solutions for potential risks or inefficiencies in financial processes. Excellent attention to detail with an eye for accuracy. Strong management skills. Why join us?
