Support Fund Administrator - Student Services 34 hours per week, 52 weeks per year permanent £24,221 - £26,297 pa

Are you an experienced administrator? We are looking for a diligent administrator with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy to support the Financial Advice team with day-to-day duties. You will primarily support the Finance Advisers with data entry using various programmes including MS Office Excel, EBS, and a bespoke CRM database called Pay My Student to process free college meal support and bursary payments.

The post requires a high level of teamwork while providing excellent customer service to the Advice Shop users. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional organisation and learn a variety of transferable skills. The post will be based at the heart of the college in our busy and dynamic Advice Shop, working with a team of like-minded people focused on excellent customer service and student success.

The post will include some evening and weekend work throughout the year and may require additional hours in peak times over the Autumn term.

Minimum Requirements: Applicants should have excellent communication skills and Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at level 2 or above. IT competency is also essential.
